Return Policy
Please read carefully. Some restrictions apply. Every attempt has been made to give a complete and accurate description of each item offered for sale, and every piece is carefully inspected for defects before shipment. However, in the event of a manufacturing defect we will be glad to repair or replace your piece. An item may be returned for repair, exchange or refund within 7 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, scratched broken or exchanged parts. We reserve the right to examine the piece to determine the cause of damage. Contact us first by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) to let us know the item description, number and the reason for returning it. Otherwise the package cannot be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. It must be returned packaged as received in the original packing materials. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your refund will be mailed within 24 hours of our receipt of the item(s). Original shipping charges and insurance are not refundable on returns.
